1. Processing & Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days depending on location.

Same-Day Delivery: Available in select areas for orders placed before 10:00 AM.

2. Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: R99 (free for orders over R500).

Same-Day Delivery: R150 (available in major cities only).

Express Shipping: R199 (1-2 business days nationwide).

3. Delivery Areas
We currently ship across South Africa, including major cities like Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, and more. For remote areas, delivery may take an extra 1-2 business days.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your delivery on our website: www.makamugroupsolutions.co.za.

5. Delivery Issues & Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier disruptions, or incorrect addresses.

If your roses arrive damaged or are not delivered, please contact us at makamugroupsolutions22@gmail.com within 24 hours with photos of the issue.

6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive damaged or incorrect items, please email us, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit.
